Jesus says, “Except a man be born of water and Spirit he cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven.” John3:5

Acts 2:38 KJV says, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.”

The book of acts offers us an account of the apostles obedience to Jesus, giving us the account of their ministry of miracles signs and wonders done in his name beginning at Jerusalem. These signs Jesus had told them would follow those who believe his name, that is declare preach and obey Jesus as he had taught them, as in the gospels

Acts tells the story of the apostles doing all that Jesus had commanded them. (Acts 1:1) as they put JESUS words and teachings into action. There was not given any other instructiononhow to build a church or a movement other than jesus words to them. they didnt have seminars to attend or books to read on how to do it. All they had were the worlds of Jesus yet with these words they turned the world upside down.

The gospel Jesus had commanded them was NOT ‘pray a prayer and ask Jesus into your heart.’ The gospel clearly was ‘he that believes and is baptised shall be saved.’ the same as John3;5 ‘Except a man be born of water and Spirit he cannot see the kingdom of heaven.’ The emphatic ‘Except’ reveals the one requirement, as the only condition a man MUST be born of water and spirit. no raising of the hand and asking Jesus into your heart here

This truth then exposes the very reason why todays gospel message does not work. Romans 10;9 is not the gospel message when Paul mentioned it he was talking to the Jews who were questioning their faith he was not telling them how to be saved.

If you want to see it like the apostles saw it then you have to preach it like they told it

JOHN Tells us WHO an be saved Whosever believeth…can be saved (John 3:16) ACTS tells us HOW to be saved. (Acts 2:38).

Acts is filled with accounts on HOW sinners became Saints.

Jesus is the author of our salvation, yes the author and finisher of our faith. why waste years preaching a lie! selah. Something that is unbiblical and does not work.

In the account of John 3 we see Nichodemus asking the question How can a man be born when he is old can he enter a second time into his mothers womb?’ John 3;

Jesus replied he that is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the Spirit is Spirt (John 3:6) and again he says Marvel not that I said to you you must be born again.

Jesus said this twice friend. Nichodems could not be saved at that point because JESUS had not died and had not himself provided salvation by his blood. The Old Testament saints were and are in heaven according to their righteousness as was Abraham ‘who believed and this was counted unto his for righteousness sake’ (Romans 4:3-5) now this side of calvary and the covenant in his blood we all must be born again of water and Spirit.

If you want to know HOW TO BE BORN AGAIN…. Believe Jesus and read acts.. and… get my book on amazon

To Preach Romans 10;9 alone, as salvation is to preach an old covenant gospel (Romans 4;3-5). we however preach a new covenant gospel the gospel of salvation in his name.

Experience God’s SALVATION POWER

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen (Mark16:15-20).

He that believeth and is baptised shall be saved. He went even further by stating how a man should be baptised.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: (Matthew 28:19,20).In his name singular one name which is Jesus!

Welcome to salvation Acts style

#1 Repent and Be baptised…

“what shall we do (to be saved)…and Peter said, repent and be baptised every one fo you for the remissionof sins and ye shall recive the gift of thw Holy Ghost (Acts 2;37,38).

The answer Peter gave to those who wanted to be saved, was repent and be baptised…so that your sins can be washed away.

Thats what man must do, all men, If men ask this question today then then the answer too is the same.

#2 In the Name of Jesus…

Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

It is Jesus that baptises us and baptises us into his name the name of the family of God into which we are baptised when we INVOKE or call on his name in baptism

To INVOKE his name means Jesus is present to remit sins and Jesus washes away our sins when we call on his name as we go down int the watery grave

Arise be baptised calling on the name of the Lord

We don’t want man to be baptising us into his family but we want Jesus to being us into his family that’s why baptism is the entrance the gateway to the kingdom

#3 Born of Water and Spirit

Except a a man be born of water and Spirit he cannot see the kingdom of heaven
(John 3:5).

Water and Spirit. this is water baptism and Spirit baptism where one receeves the Holy Ghost with the evidence of other tongues which is a new language given to a new man

In water baptism, We are baptised into Christ. In receiving the Holy Ghost Christ comes into us

In water baptism we follow the Lord, Jesus said if you want to see the kingdom of God take up your cross and follow me. We follow him into his death his burial and his resurrection by being born of water and spirit. for the DEATH is represent ed by REPENTCE. The BURIAL of man is represented by the burial of the Lord and the resurrection of man is represented by the receIving of the Holy Ghost so we as new born believers follow Jesus into the death burial and resurrection by being born of water AND Spirit (1 Cor 15:1-20. Romans 6).
